1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as it ships.

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location and our fulfillment center’s availability.

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada, UK, Australia: 10–20 business days

  • Other International Orders: 15–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated shipping times. Unexpected customs delays or carrier issues may occasionally affect delivery.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track it online.
You can also track your order anytime from your Foncare account or through the “Track My Order” page on our website.


4. Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping on most orders.
If a shipping fee applies to your order, it will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


5. Delayed or Missing Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please check:

  1. Your tracking link for the latest status.

  2. Your local post office or delivery carrier.

  3. Your shipping address for accuracy.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package cannot be delivered, Foncare is not responsible for replacement or refund.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Foncare is not liable for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier.
If this happens, please get in touch with your local carrier or delivery office for assistance.
