Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every product you buy from Foncare.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.
To start a return, please contact us at support@foncare.store with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Our team will provide instructions and the return shipping address.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note:

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

We do not refund items returned without authorization.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video showing the issue.
We’ll replace the product or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it can still be returned once received.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Recheck your bank account.

Contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (such as personal massage or wearable items) cannot be returned once opened — unless they arrive defective or damaged.
